
SOLUTION: Set the screen resolution and the zoom setting to that of the computer that the file was formatted on. The second laptop screen resolution was 1920 x 1080 with the zoom setting, in the laptop's Display screen, being set to 125%.įor some reason, Excel uses the screen resolution and/or the zoom setting for determining the page breaks instead of row references.

This laptop's screen resolution was set at 1366 x 768 and the "Make it easier to read what's on your screen" setting (which I'll call the zoom setting), in the laptop's Display screen, was set to 100% (Default).
